At Windstream Wholesale TTU ILEC, I provision, design, and decommission circuits, configure fiber and optical services, and troubleshoot network issues.
I work with Cisco 15454, Infinera G30, and Ciena 6500 systems, and support customer turn-ups and coordination. My work also includes RFC2544 testing and OAM monitoring.
Previously, I provisioned L2/L3 services at Spectrum Enterprise and worked on network infrastructure, IT support, and device configuration in earlier roles. I hold Cisco certifications in networking, switching, routing, wireless, security, and automation.
