At Rooms With Love, I’m redesigning volunteer onboarding, training, and retention processes and establishing standard operating procedures for donations and community distribution to reentry clients. I also write grant applications and quarterly newsletters.
At The Moss Group, LLC (TMG), I managed project execution, tracking, and budget workflows across contracts involving staffing analyses and PREA investigations training. I also authored proposals and marketing materials and managed digital communications.
My research work at the University of Cincinnati, the Center for Health and Human Services Research at Talbert House, and Lexington Rescue Mission included qualitative interviews, IRB processes, and research reporting. I’ve translated research into technical grant reports and proposal sections across criminal justice and public health contexts.
