At Modak, I lead mobile work for a fintech wallet for kids and teens. I took subscription plans from an initial technical spike through launch, designing remotely configurable access rules; the launch increased the share of active users on paid plans 5x.
I also integrated bank funding and bot protection, and defined the team's first observability standard. The app is now 98% crash-free across about 200K weekly sessions, with 50% lower Sentry cost.
At HourlyWork, I joined the founding mobile team about two weeks into inception and helped build the marketplace app through its App Store and Google Play launch. I also worked on React applications at Arcadia Tech and Google Cloud infrastructure at Ponce AgTech.
