At Parfums Christian Dior, I led backend and CIAM workstreams, migrating 9.2 million customer records and building event-driven synchronization across commerce, identity, and customer data platforms in 40+ markets.

I've led checkout, order, and payment orchestration at Cartier, reduced eCommerce checkout drop-off by 15% at feature/mind, and built backend integrations and commerce systems across enterprise clients.
