What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a backend/cloud role where I can own Go services, build reliable distributed systems, and ship automation + observability that make teams faster—ideally in a small remote environment with high technical standards.

I’m a Senior Software Engineer with 15+ years building and operating backend platforms and cloud infrastructure in Go—from early-stage startups to distributed systems serving 30M+ users.

I focus on solving operational problems with code: CLI tooling, deployment automation, and infrastructure exposed as APIs that other engineers can build on. I’m pragmatic about tradeoffs and comfortable working in small, high-performing remote teams.

In my recent roles, I’ve owned end-to-end architecture of Go backend services, APIs, and CLI tooling for security-critical products, implementing clustering and KeyDB/TLS infrastructure while debugging distributed-systems issues down to network and OS-level details. I’ve also strengthened observability across the stack, built platform capabilities (metrics, monitoring, and reliability tooling), and led technical direction while staying hands-on—mentoring engineers and improving developer workflows. Earlier, I scaled a large consumer platform by designing 200+ APIs across 50+ Go microservices (migrating from a PHP monolith), built RabbitMQ-based orchestration for high-volume async workloads, optimized schemas and infrastructure at scale, and reduced infrastructure costs by 80% through automation.
