At Warri Refining & Petrochemical Company (WRPC), I serve as Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, filtering incoming memos and requests and keeping commitments and open items visible. I manage the calendar and prepare meeting materials and travel expense claims.
I introduced digital filing alongside the office’s hard-copy system and designed a document triage process. I also implemented an appointment-based visitor management system, replacing unrestricted walk-ins.
Earlier at WRPC, I worked as a Fire & Safety Systems Technician / Fireman, operating and maintaining safety systems across refinery operations. I also run day-to-day operations for Vita Fruity Nigeria, including invoicing and quote preparation in QuickBooks.
