At RemoFirst, I ensure high-quality delivery for a global HR SaaS platform through comprehensive manual and automated testing across web applications. I test AI-powered HR agents, validating interview conversation flows, decision logic, edge cases, and reliability.

I've maintained Playwright JavaScript regression pipelines, reproduced customer-reported issues, validated fixes, and improved test coverage through well-maintained test cases. I work closely with Product, Design, and Engineering to improve usability and overall user experience.

Previously at Cognira, I executed manual, regression, and UAT testing for enterprise SaaS applications and took QA ownership of a major product release. I communicated test reports, release risks, and updates, managed traceable defects in Jira and Xray, and mentored new QA team members.

I also build practical AI and automation systems, including a Slack QA chatbot, a production-grade document Q&A RAG pipeline, and automated content and web-scraping pipelines. I'm passionate about building reliable, scalable, and user-centric software.
