I’m looking for a QA role where I can own the full QA lifecycle—manual testing plus automation (Selenium/Playwright/Katalon)—and partner with product teams to improve quality evidence, UAT readiness, and continuous process improvement in complex domains.

I’m a Quality Assurance Engineer with 9 years in IT, focused on full QA lifecycle management—requirements analysis, test execution, bug management, UAT support, and test reporting. I design test plans, test strategies, and test cases using ISTQB best practices, with strong emphasis on end-to-end customer journey verification across regulated insurance and public incentive platforms.

I bring a practical automation mindset, building regression and validation workflows with Selenium, Playwright, and Katalon, and using SQL (PostgreSQL and SQL Server) for data validation. I also collaborate closely through Jira/Xray and GitLab traceability, integrating with teams and stakeholders to ensure usability, reliability, and clear quality evidence. Before QA leadership, I worked as a Developer and Scrum Master, which sharpened my process improvement approach and helped me remove impediments through continuous improvement and cross-functional alignment.
