I’m looking for a leadership role where I can own P&L, build accountability systems, and drive revenue growth through operational governance and KPI-driven decision-making—partnering with cross-functional teams to consistently exceed strategic targets.

I’m a results-driven general manager with 18+ years of progressive leadership across finance, operations, and commercial performance. I own full P&L accountability, build high-performance teams, and deliver consistent profitability through structured operational governance and proactive performance management.

Across my roles, I’ve led end-to-end operational transformation—managing USD 3M+ annual budgets, implementing internal controls and performance monitoring frameworks, and reducing dependency on ad hoc management. I set up reporting frameworks, KPI dashboards, and accountability systems that turn execution into a routine rather than a reaction.

I’m especially focused on data-driven decision-making: I institute structured weekly and monthly review cadences with executive-level reporting, enabling rapid identification of performance gaps and clear ownership structures. I also drive cross-functional alignment across procurement, sales, finance, and operations to ensure smooth order-to-cash execution and stronger client outcomes.

Early in my career at KPMG, I built a deep foundation in statutory audit, internal controls, and risk identification. Since then, I’ve continued combining rigorous financial discipline with commercial understanding—advising senior leadership on market positioning, growth levers, and working capital efficiency while ensuring audit readiness and compliance.
