What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a challenging position where I can solve problems creatively and effectively, use my knowledge and skills, and learn and implement new skills and technologies in a positive, enabling environment.

At Africa First Assist, previously known as Saham Assistance, I provide roadside assistance to insured people from anglophone and francophone countries within Africa.

I also give training to colleagues in anglophone countries where roadside assistance has been rolled out.

At Vocalink Call Center, I made direct sales calls for a Canadian project to B2B and B2C customers and set sales appointments.

During my biotechnology laboratory internship at the Faculty of Sciences, University of Sidi Mohamed Ben Abdellah, I worked on techniques including pigment extraction, hydrocarbon biodegradation tests, and antibacterial activity tests.
