What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build, fix, and challenge cloud infrastructure in environments where reliability, security, automation, and resilience matter. I enjoy difficult distributed-systems and platform problems, especially where better engineering can improve how systems evolve and adapt.

I've built trading-platform disaster recovery, cloud governance, and microservices modernisation at Hargreaves Lansdown, including AWS failover probes, DynamoDB replication to Dublin, and EKS deployments for wealth-management services. I also automated safer releases with Azure DevOps, GitOps, Terraform, Istio, and service-level dashboards tied to trade execution and reporting.

Previously at Cognizant and Fidelity Investments, I built Kubernetes infrastructure for Thermo Fisher instrument management, SAP integration middleware, distributed tracing across trading systems, and chaos-engineering platforms for hybrid environments. I enjoy solving the infrastructure puzzles nobody else wants to touch—building, fixing, questioning, and helping wherever I can.

Built Python and Bash scripts to launch EC2 probe instances for disaster recovery testing in secondary AWS regions, pushing results to S3 and Athena. Developed Lambda functions replicating trading data to DR regions and introduced Redis caching layers to improve query performance.
