I’m looking to support and strengthen security operations—monitoring networks, handling incidents, and improving infrastructure reliability—while also mentoring teams and delivering practical security training that scales across real-world environments.

I’m a results-driven IT and Cybersecurity professional with hands-on experience across technical support, information security, and systems operations. I bridge deep technical work with user-focused service to resolve complex issues and improve how teams deliver secure outcomes.

In recent roles, I’ve overseen network and security operations as a team lead, monitoring performance and stability while maintaining vendor-agnostic network environments. I install, configure, and support security products (including ASA and Palo Alto) and troubleshoot LAN/WAN/SD-WAN issues, incident patterns, and network problems.

As a Cyber-Security Specialist and Consultant/Instructor, I design cybersecurity course content with lab environments and assessments, aligning curriculum with industry certifications. I guide learners through practical exercises such as penetration testing and digital forensics, and I continuously research new threats, tools, and best practices.
