I’m an IT Support Specialist with over 13 years of experience in IT, driving technology strategies, managing cross-functional teams, and delivering innovative solutions to complex business challenges. I align IT initiatives with organizational goals to achieve operational excellence and growth, with strong expertise in system implementation, network administration, cybersecurity, and vendor management.

I’ve delivered measurable security outcomes—responding to and investigating security incidents, performing threat assessments and risk analysis, and implementing IDS/IPS to protect networks. In IoT work, I managed and secured fleet GPS trackers, led penetration testing and vulnerability assessments, monitored telemetry for anomalies, and trained operators on secure usage.
