What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a security team where I can run SOC monitoring, improve detection through log analysis and SIEM, own incident response, and continuously reduce risk with vulnerability management—while collaborating in a culture that values proactive threat hunting and training.

I’m a results-driven Cybersecurity Analyst / SOC Analyst with 5+ years of experience across network security, systems monitoring, incident response, and vulnerability management. I’m certified in CompTIA Security+ and Google Cybersecurity, and I focus on proactive threat hunting and strong security operations.

In my recent role, I monitored network performance and security logs to detect anomalies, outages, and potential intrusions. I implemented and maintained security controls—including firewalls, access controls, and backup systems—while conducting vulnerability assessments, applying patches/upgrades, and investigating and resolving security incidents across servers and endpoints.

I also bring hands-on IT support and systems administration experience from earlier roles, including initial triage and escalation for security incidents, configuring and hardening operating systems and network devices, and managing user accounts and permissions using the principle of least privilege.
