At SNHU Center for New Americans, I opened business purchasing accounts and wrote the ordering procedures used through them. Targeted sourcing and bulk buying cycles cut about $2,000 from a $5,000 back-to-school budget.

When the program printer repeatedly jammed, failed to print wirelessly, and used more than $500 per cycle in ink and waste toner, I researched alternatives and priced a vendor-managed replacement. The director adopted it at $22.98 a month, and the troubleshooting stopped.

I also handled supplier issues through return or replacement, kept software subscriptions and business accounts current, and set up monthly audits across enrollment, attendance, paperwork, and emergent student needs. At Circle Medical, I built a documentation library of procedures and guides, and moved response macros into a text-expansion tool to reduce time spent on routine replies.
