At Zoom, I partnered with FP&A, Accounting, IT leadership, global vendors, ServiceNow, and Oracle teams to improve procurement, forecasting, inventory, and asset workflows. I also supported automated asset creation from Oracle purchase orders, built ServiceNow dashboards for leadership, and generated approximately $75K in recovered value through infrastructure disposition activities.

Previously at Pure Storage, I managed 5,000+ global endpoints, procured hardware and software through NetSuite, and helped implement ServiceNow Asset Management workflows. My work combines operational reporting, inventory accuracy, vendor coordination, and day-one hardware readiness.

I started my career delivering technical support at Diebold Nixdorf and Apple, where I built a practical foundation in troubleshooting, documentation, customer communication, and mentoring. I bring that hands-on perspective to procurement and supply chain operations, with a focus on clear data, reliable processes, and strong stakeholder partnerships.
