In my family’s business, I supported day-to-day activities by selling products, assisting prospective customers, and organizing merchandise.

I also helped with deliveries and operational tasks as needed. I’m interested in junior opportunities in customer service, chat or email support, administrative assistance, and remote operations.

I’m studying Industrial Engineering at Universidad de Panamá and am completing outstanding coursework; I have not graduated. I use Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint at an intermediate level, and have my own computer and a stable internet connection.
