What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can blend legal compliance, stakeholder communications, and business analysis—helping boards and clients make confident, document-ready decisions while driving measurable programs and professional growth.

I’m a law-trained compliance and communications leader currently pursuing an LLM at Emory University, bringing a strong research and drafting foundation from my LLB/JD-equivalent from the University of Leeds (Magna Cum Laude). I’m energized by turning legal and regulatory requirements into clear decisions for the people who need to act.

Most recently, as Compliance and Communications Lead at Tikera Africa, I provided strategic legal guidance to support regulatory compliance and effective Board decision-making. I led project workflows and stakeholder communications, coordinated initiatives for the West African Economic Summit and the Federal Ministry of Art, Culture, Tourism, and the Creative Economy, and supported corporate communications with visual and brand design assets.

Previously, as an Associate at Olujinmi & Akeredolu, I led 4+ depositions and drafted a range of legal documents including legal memoranda, motions, written addresses, applications, and contractual agreements. I also conducted comprehensive contractual reviews, supported trial preparation and case management, communicated with clients to gather facts and advise on legal strategies, and helped with company and business registrations under the Corporate Affairs Commission (CAC) and SEC regulatory compliance.

Through graduate externships and legal internships, I strengthened my ability to research, synthesize, and present findings—shadowing proceedings, reviewing case law, and drafting pleadings and briefs. I also bring a business mindset through project/product management and business analysis training, and I stay committed to high standards through professional affiliations with the American Bar Association and Nigerian Bar Association.
