What I'm looking for

I’m looking for roles where I can own stakeholder engagement, deliver structured CRM-based reporting, and translate feedback into actionable improvements across cross-functional teams with room to grow.

I'm a governance, risk, and compliance professional with client-facing customer support experience, based in Lagos, Nigeria. As a GRC Consultant, I supported compliance across ISO 27001, ISO 22301, and NDPA/NDPR frameworks; drafting policies, maintaining risk registers, investigating discrepancies, and coordinating with IT on vulnerability triage and incident response. I hold an ISO 22301 Lead Auditor certification, with Lead Cloud Security Manager in progress.

On the client-facing side, I've managed customer and CRM support (Zendesk, Paytronix, PAR, PDI, Core Rovertown) across 10+ concurrent programs, plus hands-on AI training work such as transcription, captioning, and reviewing AI-generated content.

I'm looking for roles in compliance, operations, or client support, with growing interest in cybersecurity governance. I'm reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently.
