At Talk Counsel, I lead negotiations on commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements, DPAs, NDAs, and statements of work, averaging 30 agreements per week.
I advise product, compliance, operations, and engineering teams on contractual obligations and regulatory compliance across domestic and international operations. I also monitor frameworks including GDPR, CCPA, GLBA, and HIPAA, and collaborate with APAC and EEA legal teams.
At DalaHill LLP, I advised on a $3.2B public-private partnership between Huawei and the Nigerian Customs Organization, managing risk, governance, and compliance. I also supported M&A and cross-border transactions through due diligence and agreement drafting.
Earlier, at Dikko & Mahmoud LLP, I reviewed and negotiated Gas Sales and Purchase Agreements for a subsidiary of the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation and served as counsel in Legacy Pension Managers Ltd.'s majority share acquisition by FCMB Group. I’m dual-licensed in New York and Nigeria, and hold an LL.M. in International Commercial Law.
