I’m a detail-oriented, process-driven professional with experience supporting cross-functional operations, data analysis, and project coordination in fast-paced environments. I’m known for managing workflows, validating data, and collaborating with Sales and Operations teams to deliver accurate, timely outputs.

As a Project Manager at Zenith Bank Plc, I led cross-functional projects across operations, vendors, and internal stakeholders—ensuring delivery within scope, schedule and budget. I developed and presented project status updates, risks and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership, and coordinated resources, timelines and deliverables to strengthen operational efficiency and service quality.

Before that, I built strong real-time analytics experience in workforce management. At Teleperformance (Samsung) I led Real-Time Workforce Management, monitoring service levels, adherence, shrinkage, utilization and call volume trends, partnering with Operations and Vendor Management, and generating real-time alerts using tools like Verint, IEX, Aspect, Score, Avaya CMS and Genesys to mitigate SLA risks. Earlier, at CIBC, I managed intraday workforce adjustments and conducted payroll audits and workforce data validation to support accurate reporting and timely compensation adjustments.

I also bring a practical support-and-people lens from prior roles, including IT Technical Support Representative and Human Resource Specialist. I focus on strong documentation, reporting, and process improvement—backed by Six- Sigma White Belt Training, which reinforced my commitment to quality and efficiency.
