What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a PMO role where I can lead governance and project financial management, deliver executive dashboards and reporting, and support Agile/Waterfall/hybrid teams using Clarity PPM and automation—driving compliance, clarity, and improved delivery outcomes.

I’m a PMO Analyst and Project Coordinator with 15+ years supporting large-scale IT initiatives across insurance, retail, banking, and consulting. I bring strong expertise in PMO governance, project financial management, and stakeholder coordination—helping teams deliver with clarity from planning through execution.

I provide end-to-end PMO and project coordination support across IT, infrastructure, application, acquisition, facilities, and web-based initiatives. I manage budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking, RAID management, change control, and gate reviews, and I partner closely with Finance and Project Managers to review budgets, forecasts, and actuals versus plan.

Operationally, I administer Clarity PPM and use Smartsheet, MS Project, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Fieldglass, and Remedy to track delivery, resources, and reporting needs. I support Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid delivery models, produce executive dashboards and status reports, and strengthen audit readiness through compliance reporting, documentation, and health checks.
