I've led enterprise technology, regulatory, and business transformation initiatives at Access Bank PLC across multiple African subsidiaries, coordinating executive sponsors, business leaders, technology teams, and implementation vendors.

As overall Project Manager for Oracle FCCM, I led the STR and KYC implementation within the Risk & Compliance program, coordinated an approximately 30-person team, managed integrated schedules and RAID logs, and presented weekly Steering Committee updates. I also supported Oracle Flexcube core banking upgrades across Ghana, Botswana, South Africa, and Guinea; all four implementations went live successfully.

Across seven subsidiaries, I led coordination for the FinTrak Credit 360 loan management system, connecting internal API and infrastructure teams with the external vendor and supporting knowledge transfer, readiness, and adoption.

Most recently at Teleperformance Canada, I led cross-functional projects from planning through execution, improving workflows, maintaining project documentation and risk logs, and communicating delivery progress to business, operations, and IT stakeholders.
