Opiro Desire

I am a motivated and enthusiastic Bachelor of Human Resource Management student at Makerere University Business School, with a strong drive to improve how organizations support people. I’m passionate about people development and fostering positive organizational culture, bringing both practical classroom experience and an analytical mindset to HR work.

Through my work as a Teaching assistant, I supported lesson delivery and classroom management, coordinated classroom activities, and provided academic guidance. These experiences strengthened my teamwork, time management, and problem-solving skills while reinforcing my commitment to helping others learn and perform better.

I also bring digital literacy and analytical expertise to my work, including confidence in analyzing financial data and trends to support strategic business decisions. I’m seeking opportunities to apply my academic knowledge in real-world HR practices—especially roles where I can contribute to growth, coaching, and solution-oriented improvements.
