At FitForLife Nutrition Limited, I support day-to-day website operations and help business users resolve routine technical issues. I troubleshoot email, account access, password, and registration problems, gathering details before escalating when needed.
I also assist with user access management and document issues, coordinating with colleagues or external IT support when further help is needed. I follow security-conscious practices when handling accounts and business systems.
Through the LetsDefend SOC Analyst Learning Path and GOMYCODE Cybersecurity Programme, I practised reviewing Windows event logs and investigating alerts. I also configured a Wazuh SIEM home lab and built and tested a rule to detect repeated failed logins.
