I'm looking for an opportunity to keep learning in computing and mathematics while applying my customer support experience, problem-solving skills, and ability to explain processes clearly.

At Tiendas Chedraui, I resolved customer complaints across in-store, email, phone, and Zendesk channels, handling product and transaction issues and escalating technical cases to the right teams.

I'm a native Spanish speaker with an IDP IELTS certificate in English, and I'm expanding my knowledge of computing and mathematics through online courses. I enjoy understanding every step of a process and explaining it clearly to others.
