At AUMOVIO / Continental Automotive, I lead three simultaneous international Agile teams of 30+ engineers across Romania, Germany, Serbia, and Singapore.
I improved sprint-goal achievement from approximately 60% to as high as 90% and reduced failed sprints by 50% over one year. I manage delivery forecasts, capacity, milestones, scope, change, dependencies, and ART-level risks with Product Owners and senior stakeholders.
I facilitate PI Planning, ART Sync, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, Inspect & Adapt, and ROAM risk management. I also built Power BI dashboards to surface delivery deficiencies and support data-driven improvement.
My background in embedded C software engineering, systems integration, testing, and validation helps me bridge technical teams and delivery needs. I created a cross-functional estimation and budget-alignment process adopted across six teams.
