What I'm looking for

I'm looking to deliver structure under time pressure on enterprise transformation programmes, particularly SAP SuccessFactors cutovers, data migration, and go-live work requiring close HR and technical-team coordination.

I'm leading cutover for Škoda Auto's group-wide move from on-premise SAP HCM to SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central via Green:Code. I own data migration, replication, interface activation, and business go-live across multiple legal entities.

My cutover schedule architecture became the programme baseline across entities and workstreams, while burn-up tracking and standardised daily reporting gave leadership earlier visibility of slippage. I resolve sequencing risks such as replication and payroll-freeze conflicts before they reach the critical path.

Across Škoda Auto, Raiffeisenbank CZ, Amazon, and Projectman, I've delivered enterprise IT, regulatory, digital, purchasing, HR, and R&D initiatives. I plan backwards from go-live, make risk visible early, and work comfortably with HR owners and technical teams in Czech and English.
