I seek a role where I can combine IT support and development to improve system reliability, automate tasks with AI, and grow in network/system administration within a collaborative, learning-focused team.

I am an IT support and networking specialist with a Computer Science background who combines hands-on hardware and system administration skills with software development experience.

I troubleshoot infrastructure issues by applying software engineering logic, enabling root-cause diagnosis beyond surface symptoms and improving system reliability.

I have built prototype applications and backend systems using C#, ASP.NET Core, and SQL Server, implementing IAM/RBAC, error handling, and efficient data storage to mirror real-world ERP and CMS functions.

I also design AI-powered automation solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and generative approaches, and I am eager to apply this blend of operations, development, and AI skills to optimize IT environments.
