I’m looking for a customer-focused role in healthcare/retail where I can use my customer handling and leadership experience, support smooth daily operations, and grow through service excellence and team collaboration.

I’m a customer service professional with a background in Pharmaceutical Management from Haldia Institute of Management. I bring practical experience managing retail operations in a healthcare setting, with a focus on helping customers make the right choices.

In my roles as Customer Service Associate (CSA), I managed daily retail operations and provided expert customer service in a pharmaceutical setting. I also assisted customers with healthcare product selections and managed service inquiries in a healthcare retail environment.

I enjoy continuous learning and teamwork—through projects like “Innovation in Medical Industry” and my active participation in E-Week at college. I’m known as a good communicator, hardworking leader who supports customers and teams with care and consistency.
