I’m looking for a startup/scale-up environment where I can lead Talent Acquisition end-to-end—building direct-sourcing pipelines, structured hiring, strong dashboards, and an excellent candidate experience while aligning closely with founders and senior leaders.

I’m a senior Talent Acquisition leader with 15+ years hiring across technology, transformation, GTM, operations, and leadership roles. I build and lead recruitment teams, improve underperforming hiring functions, and work closely with founders and executives on workforce planning, organisational design, and recruitment delivery.

My focus is making hiring “faster, more structured, more direct-sourcing led and less reliant on agencies.” I operate from strategy through hands-on execution—setting up hiring processes and dashboards, and personally closing senior, technical, and hard-to-fill roles where market knowledge and candidate engagement matter.

I’ve delivered 500-700 hires annually, reduced agency spend by £400K-£600K, improved time-to-hire by 20-30%, and increased offer conversion by keeping candidates engaged and addressing concerns before offer stage. I’m particularly drawn to startup, scale-up, and high-growth environments where hiring quality, pace, culture, candidate experience, and founder alignment are critical.
