What I'm looking for

I'm seeking to support customer queries as a Customer Service Advisor.

At One Body Portsmouth, I communicated with external stakeholders to obtain and verify information. I used Microsoft Excel to collect and analyse data on community services, while maintaining accurate electronic records.

As a Kiosk Assistant at Piglets pantry, I took orders, served food and drinks, and processed payments. I also stocked the kiosk and recorded refreshments to help maintain sufficient supplies.

Through my research placement at University of Eastern Finland, I studied drug effects on gut microbial viability and analysed the results. I produced scientific reports and kept traceable records in line with GLP principles.
