What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an opportunity where I can combine IT support with content moderation and policy-based community safety, helping users and digital learning spaces stay effective and secure in a collaborative, remote-friendly environment.

I’m a technology-driven undergraduate with experience supporting users and digital events through IT support, virtual meeting coordination, content management, and technical troubleshooting. I’ve completed internships in both university and industry settings, including managed Zoom controls, participant engagement for online events, and infrastructure-related support work.

I’m also hands-on with AI-related online work and content safety—evaluating user-generated information against policies and guidelines while maintaining professionalism on sensitive topics. From full-stack educational platform work to a telemedicine application concept and mobile subscription planning using third-party APIs, I bring a problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and a focus on safer, more effective digital experiences.
