I’m looking for a role that combines IT support with automation and backend development—where I can build reliable workflows with Python/n8n, ship REST APIs, document systems clearly, and improve uptime through fast troubleshooting.

I’m an IT Support and Automation Engineer with 2+ years of experience across technical support, backend development, and workflow automation. I bring hands-on exposure to Linux, Django, PostgreSQL, Zendesk, and Microsoft 365 environments—so I can troubleshoot quickly and build solutions that hold up in production.

In my Backend Developer Intern role, I built and maintained RESTful APIs using Python and Django, used by cross-functional teams. I optimized PostgreSQL queries and stored procedures to improve response times and reduce server load, and I delivered clear API documentation with Postman and SwaggerUI to speed onboarding and day-to-day support.

As an IT Support Officer, I served as the sole IT support contact for 100+ field agents using a custom mobile application, maintaining high availability through structured fault diagnosis, escalation workflows, and detailed issue logs. I also build automation projects with Python and n8n—integrating external APIs, multi-channel alerts, and even RAG systems over HSE policy documents—because I enjoy eliminating manual effort and improving operational reliability.
