What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine RN experience with HIPAA-compliant virtual support—handling scheduling, documentation, and telehealth workflows—to improve patient experiences and help healthcare providers run smoothly.

I’m a HIPAA-certified Medical Virtual Assistant and Registered Nurse with clinical and remote healthcare administrative experience. I focus on delivering efficient, patient-centered care through telehealth support and strong patient communication.

In my recent role at MedPharm Consults, I managed inbound and outbound patient calls, scheduled and coordinated appointments, and supported telehealth administrative workflows. I maintained and updated electronic medical records while ensuring HIPAA compliance, and I handled patient intake, documentation, and medical data entry.
