I'm ready to contribute as a claims professional by fostering team performance, operational excellence, and superior client service.

At Philadelphia Insurance Companies, I process high-volume claims and coordinate with Claims Examiners and Policy Administration to resolve complex coverage issues.

I perform Medicare reporting and claimant account maintenance, and use ISO and Accurint research to identify discrepancies and potential fraudulent claims.

I train, mentor, and onboard new Claims Assistants. When the Team Lead is absent, I delegate work and support the team to maintain workflow.

Earlier, as an Assistant Lead Teacher at Holy Child Early Childhood Center, I partnered with the Lead Teacher on lesson plans and led classroom activities for up to 24 students.
