In my current role as an IT Manager at POSITIVO Tecnologia, I lead a team of PMs, POs, SMs, and SW related Architects. I am responsible for managing projects related to Research, Development, and Innovation, which involve non-trivial product development using AI, ML, and similar solutions. I collaborate with different business areas to understand their needs and provide out-of-the-box solutions. I define strategies focused on ROI, value delivery, and team empowerment. I also interact with third-party innovation institutes and present results and status to the executive board.
Prior to my current role, I worked as a Data Science Project Manager and Solution Architect at POSITIVO Tecnologia. I was responsible for creating an e-commerce Data Warehouse, developing a product recommendation feature using Python and machine learning, and creating an internal wiki page to facilitate information sharing among different areas.
