What I'm looking for

I'm looking to improve complex products that no longer fit how people work, using research, testing and close collaboration with product, engineering and stakeholders to take practical designs through to delivery.

I'm redesigning LUSAS's structural-analysis experience, from setting up a run through reviewing results and producing reports, while rebuilding its website on a responsive CMS.

At Filter Agency, I led 17 engagements across insurance, hospitality, healthcare, charity and industrial software. My work includes a 13-step Homeprotect quote funnel that lifted completion 25–30%, and JD Wetherspoon's Order & Pay for 800+ pubs and hotels, where reorder lifted average order value 12%.

I've also designed 11 shipped AI systems at ElliotLyons, creating human-in-the-loop patterns for trustworthy outputs. Across compliance software, mobile products and operational tools, I use interviews, observation and testing to turn complicated work into clear interfaces.
