At airSlate (pdfFiller), I was the sole analyst for a 70-person support department, designing, building, and maintaining the reporting infrastructure independently. I migrated support KPI reporting from manual Google Sheets to AWS QuickSight, eliminating weekly data collection and giving 15+ team leads and managers updated dashboards every morning.

I built funnel and retention cohort reporting to track support quality trends across agent, team, and channel dimensions, standardized data architecture across 15+ reporting files, and redesigned bonus and overtime tracking for accurate, dynamic KPI calculation. I also identified and escalated a multi-year system bug affecting agent-level KPI tracking across 23.8% of monthly tickets.

Previously at Bank Pivdenny, I automated Excel reporting using SQL and VBA macros (reducing manual processing time by 30–40%) and rewrote a degraded ETL procedure to cut daily execution from 3+ hours to under 30 minutes using SSIS and data integration pipelines. In parallel, I build production-minded AI/automation projects—like an AI chat agent that extracts structured information from multilingual messages and manages updates with state across Airtable and Google Calendar.
