I’m looking for a leadership role where I can build and scale finance from scratch, run data-driven BI and forecasting, and directly improve unit economics and cost efficiency through rigorous investment modeling and cross-functional execution.

I’m a results-driven Senior Finance Executive and Chief Financial Officer with 11+ years of experience in corporate finance, strategic budgeting, investment analysis, and M&A across IT, e-commerce, logistics, and aviation.

At Wildberries, I built the financial planning and analysis function from scratch for a newly established logistics and retail development business unit—leading a cross-functional team of 8 across finance, BI, and development. I designed automated management reporting using BI dashboards (Qlik Sense, Superset, Power BI), strengthened data sources and integration specs, and ran budgeting, rolling forecasting, strategic planning, and unit economics modeling.

My work is anchored in measurable impact: I developed a market freight rate parsing tool and tariff adjustment engine driving monthly logistics savings of 25M to 100M RUB. I also launched an external route-cost calculator that increased the retention rate of self-employed drivers by 20%, modeled and launched an internal leased last-mile fleet that cut logistics costs by 20–30% per CPO, and engineered automated BI-based management accounting for granular vehicle-and-route allocation (granular P&L and CF).

Previously at Megamarket (SberMegaMarket), I owned the strategic corporate financial model, led investment/M&A and IPO readiness tracks, built a 10-year cohort-based strategic unit economics model integrated into budgeting, and improved forecasting accuracy by 2x–4x. Earlier, as Deputy Head of Investment at Vnukovo International Airport, I managed a CAPEX program compliant with ICAO, EASA, and IATA standards and secured board approvals for projects worth tens of billions of rubles.
