At RealtimeBoard BV (Miro), I drove the deprecation of a stalled legacy environment, auditing 150+ repositories to uncover 469 hidden dependencies. Separating compute shutdown from irreversible data destruction enabled a zero-downtime cutover and reduced monthly compute spend from $111k to $16.9k.
I also rescued a monolith-to-K8s migration with a workload-based rollout, moving 100% of production traffic without downtime. The architecture supported regional expansion while eliminating CI/CD bottlenecks and cutting pipeline times by 20 minutes.
As Head of Core Platform QA, I authored the first end-to-end reliability strategy for the Infrastructure stream and integrated Critical User Journeys into core monolith CI/CD pipelines. Standardized SLI/SLO dashboards and automated performance blockers helped raise stream-wide SLA/OLA compliance from under 46% to over 90%.
At NuORDER by Lightspeed Inc., I built a global team of 25+ Quality & Release engineers and shifted releases from ad-hoc cycles to predictable bi-weekly deployments. Earlier, I led platform reliability and quality work at Beachbody LLC., iCrossing Inc., Hearst, and enterprise client engagements, including Genentech / Advent Software / PDI Ninth House.
