I have built a digital career since 2008 across customer support, web design, technical support, and project management, most recently leading web projects at a web design agency.

At MWTemplates I prepared project plans, organized and managed the web development lifecycle, coordinated designers and developers, and partnered with QA to improve products based on customer feedback. I managed product delivery, maintenance and support, and created SEO-focused product titles, descriptions, tags and promotional images to improve marketplace performance.
