What I'm looking for

I'm looking for product or marketplace analytics work where I can turn customer and seller journeys into measurable hypotheses, experiments, reliable data products, and actionable roadmap decisions. I'm open to relocating across the EU and require visa sponsorship.

At Lamoda Tech, I build end-to-end analytics for seller-facing marketplace products, from onboarding and SKU creation to stock, sales, and churn. I define KPI systems, reusable datasets, event tracking, and experiments that help product teams identify bottlenecks and prioritize roadmap opportunities.

Previously at RUTUBE, Alfa-Bank, and VTB, I analysed user and customer journeys, automated dashboards and reporting, segmented customer bases, and translated ambiguous business questions into measurable hypotheses and clear recommendations. I work hands-on with SQL, Python, Airflow, ClickHouse, Trino, PostgreSQL, and BI tools to make reliable insights accessible to product, commercial, and leadership teams.
