I'm looking for an on-site role in Chișinău, or a hybrid or remote role across EU time zones, where I can build marketing operations, CRM, reporting, and automation systems that turn commercial needs into measurable workflows.

I've built working business systems for Tucano Coffee, Xairo/Amigo, and OTP Bank—from live multi-market review reporting and contract control to closed-loop campaign attribution in a regulated bank.

At Xairo/Amigo, I created an AI-assisted requirements system that generated 70–80% of first-draft specifications, reduced discovery preparation by about 50%, and cut writing effort by about 60%. I also designed quoting, resource-efficiency, and profitability models while delivering business analysis and solution design across 20+ web, mobile, CRM, and ERP projects.
