I’m a Product/Project Manager focused on FinTech digital transformation: strategy, compliance analysis, and infrastructure preparation to transition traditional lending products into an online format. In my role, I translate high-level business goals into actionable technical specifications (User Stories, Use Cases, Acceptance Criteria) and align delivery across C-level stakeholders.

I lead cross-functional and vendor coordination, acting as the primary integration lead between outsource teams and a 1C developer. I spearheaded regulatory research and KYC procedures by designing architecture with the only provider licensed by the National Bank of Moldova, then evolved CRM from AmoCRM to an internal 1C module and migrated operations to an independent Bitrix24 ecosystem while optimizing end-to-end workflows for call center and credit management.
