At FoodPluses, I test web and client-server applications through functional, regression, data integrity, compatibility, usability, and black-box testing. I create test cases, execute scripts, track defects in JIRA, and work with developers to resolve issues.
I built a Cypress framework from scratch for end-to-end UI testing, reducing regression-suite flakiness. I also validate data through Microsoft SQL and SQL Server Management Studio in an Oracle database.
For an automated regression suite, I integrated Cypress with Jenkins for continuous testing, reducing regression testing time by 40% and increasing test coverage from 70% to 92%. I also developed API tests with Postman and Newman for CI/CD pipelines.
