What I'm looking for

I'm looking to contribute to quality-focused product teams where I can improve web, mobile, and fintech software through comprehensive manual and automated testing, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

I test retail, web, and native applications at Omniretail Technology, partnering with product and development teams to clarify requirements, uncover gaps, report defects, and improve test coverage.

I've delivered QA work across fintech, POS and MPOS, wallets, e-commerce, health, retail, loans, and payments at ALerzo, JABU, Youverify, INITS, SAED INT, and Netow Solutions. My work includes functional, regression, integration, user acceptance, exploratory, performance, and cross-platform testing.

I create detailed test plans, test cases, automation procedures, and defect reports while tracking quality metrics. I use tools including Cypress, Selenium WebDriver, WebdriverIO, Katalon, Postman, Jira, Azure DevOps, BrowserStack, SQL, and Apache JMeter to help teams release quality software.
