I’m looking to lead business operations, project delivery, live-event execution, or artist operations where I can build practical systems, coordinate cross-functional teams, manage complex logistics and budgets, and deliver high-quality outcomes.

At Mavin Records, I lead execution across artist production, rollouts, live events, partnerships, travel and documentation, managing quarterly operational budgets exceeding $250,000. I coordinate cross-functional teams and production partners to deliver projects such as Johnny’s Room Live in Lagos and Abuja.

I founded Vantage Concierge, building its operating model, concierge teams and service-delivery workflows from the ground up. I’ve led end-to-end operations for large-scale weddings, corporate and private engagements, and a private fashion launch.

Across Techskill UK, Zola Fashion, LOS Lifestyle and AutoClinicNG Solutions, I’ve improved workflows, managed logistics and vendors, recruited teams, and translated business priorities into reliable delivery.
