I’m a detail-oriented and analytical professional with experience in customer service within the telecommunications industry, and current hands-on exposure to data analysis through job shadowing. I analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, support reporting, and help drive decision making, with a strong foundation in Excel and problem solving.

In my Data Analyst – Job Shadowing role at MTN Nigeria, I assist with data cleaning, validation, and preparation in Microsoft Excel, analyze datasets for patterns and performance insights, and support report creation and dashboard updates for internal stakeholders. I also bring customer care experience—conducting outbound calls, administering CSAT/NPS surveys, following up on service requests, and contributing feedback for service improvement—along with ongoing data analysis projects where I perform exploratory analysis and produce clear, basic reports. I’m actively focused on transitioning into an entry level Data Analyst role.
