I’m looking to lead HR & employee lifecycle operations in a high-growth environment—driving onboarding, compliance, and data integrity while improving scalability through automation, SOPs, and process standardisation.

I’m a People Operations and Employee Lifecycle professional with 10+ years of experience supporting cross-regional operations, onboarding, compliance, and workforce support across Kenya, Ghana, and Nigeria. I manage full-cycle employee lifecycle processes with a strong focus on data integrity, audit readiness, and improving operational efficiency—especially in high-growth technology environments.

At M-KOPA, I’ve progressed from Inbound Agent to Team Leader and now Senior Lead – Onboarding, Retention & Expansion. I led distributed teams across three countries, including end-to-end ownership of the Nigeria market launch, and helped drive a 34.7% increase in sales performance through activation and retention.
